She's 47, and that's just one side of her!

Well, the end is here. Susan Boyle came 2nd place in Britain’s Got Talent 2009 against Diversity.

Her amazing singing of “I Dreamed A Dream” made everyone stand on their feet.

However, it seems that the performance after done by Dance troupe Diversity won the public vote.

Julian Smith came third, Susan Boyle came second, and Diversity came first who are £100,000 richer and will be performing infront of the Queen.

Susan was shaking in the silence before the results were being announced. But when she found out she hadn’t won, it appeared she was overjoyed, wasn’t a sore loser and congratulated Diversity and proceeded to do her saucy jig and showed her leg.

That’s it now. Britain’s Got Talent is over.

Well, this is it. The end of the line.

After a rather hectic few weeks, the final is now upon us and will be on at 6.45 this evening on ITV1. The stars performing tonight are:

Aiden Davies
Diversity
Flawless
Hollie Steel
Julian Smith
Shaheen Jafargholi
Shaun Smith
Stavros Flatley
Susan Boyle
2 Grand

Follow me on Twitter for small updates as it happens tonight. Then, once it’s over, I will update the site with the winner.

I’m still unsure about the future of this website. I may keep it up a while longer, but then it will draw to a close I think. We’ll see.

Update later.

As we are about to watch the final tomorrow, I thought I would offer maybe some kind of service for people outside the UK to read about what’s going on on BGT.

Please follow me at Twitter for updates.

The scottish singing sensation has threatened to quit the talent show as pressure has finally hit her ahead of the show’s final.

Judge Piers Morgan said that Susan will appear in the final on Saturday but went as far as packing her bags on Wednesday.

He wrote on his blog:

She has been in tears many times during the last few days, and even, fleetingly, felt like quitting the show altogether at one point and fleeing all the attention… I am calling today for everyone to give her a break.

It’s also been reported that ITV bosses may axe her from the show for concerns for her health. More on that as the news comes in.

The last semi-final will be on ITV1 tonight at 8.30 and these acts will be performing: Aiden Davies, Hollie Steel, Good Evans, DCD Seniors, Greg Pritchard, Dream Bears and Martin Machum

It may appear, according to an unreliable source known as The Sun, that Susan Boyle may not be the angel we all think she is.

The YouTube sensation apparently shocked guests at the Wembley Plaza Hotel on Tuesday as she watched the semi finals of the show that made her a star to see who she could be up against on Saturday.

However, when the judges praised Shaheen Jarfagholi, a 12 year old singer, Susan reportedly yelled “F**k off!” then stormed out of the bar.

Then on Wednesday, she engaged herself in a tirade that went from the lobby out onto the front of the hotel where a pair of strangers had approached her and somehow upset her, The Sun reported. She screamed, “How f**king dare you! You cant f**king talk to me like that.”

Soon after, Susan had apparently hadyet another burst where she had sworn at a policeman, whilst hotel guests watched from inside. No arrests were made, but Susan returned to her hotel room.

However, a Britain’s Got Talent spokesman denies her swearing at her rival’s performance. He said that a friend of Susan Boyle insisted that the incident didn’t happen and that she was being harrased by fans.

The spokesman said:

According to the friend who was with Susan that night, this story is not true. Susan did watch some of the show in the hotel bar but she was being hassled so she went back to her room after the first three acts, long before Shaheen performed.

Someone else told The Sun:

Susan was sitting there quite happily with her drink at first. She got a bit annoyed when a busload of tourists asked for autographs and told them to wait until Shaheen had finished. She was smiling as Shaheen sang but afterwards, when Piers started praising him, Susan went nuts. She got up, did one of those strange wiggling dances that she does, and then stuck two fingers up at the TV. Then she marched off. We didn’t see her again.

The spokesman said that strangers had been “trying to wind her up.”
